Every product is created with care and attention to detail. I work with trusted, high-quality fulfilment partners for items like Gicleé prints and T-shirts, and handle other items personally. My goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and as described.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

I am happy to offer a replacement or a full refund for any items that arrive damaged, are defective, or if you've received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Me Promptly: Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach me at tom@tswolfe.com.

2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

   • Your full name and order number.

   • A clear description of the issue (e.g., "crack in the frame," "print has a smudge," "received wrong t-shirt size").

   • Photographic evidence. Please attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. This is essential for me to process the claim with my fulfilment partners or the postal service.

3. Resolution: Once I receive your email and verify the issue, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• For Gicleé Prints & T-Shirts: These items are fulfilled by our professional printing partners. I will coordinate directly with them to resolve the issue on your behalf.

• For All Other Items: I will provide you with instructions for returning the item directly to me.

"Change of Mind" Policy

As each item is printed or prepared to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, or have ordered the incorrect size or product. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

All sales of limited edition prints are final.
